Amber Harris, CPC, CRC has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Amber started their career at Molina Healthcare as a Risk Adjustment Coordinator in 2014, where they implemented and monitored local risk adjustment coordination efforts, worked with vendors and providers for chart reviews and in-home assessments, and provided education on HEDIS measurements and correct coding procedures. Amber later became a Supervisor of Coding & Education in Risk Adjustment at Molina Healthcare of Ohio, Inc. in 2014, where they continued their responsibilities and also collaborated with the Quality & Provider Services departments. In 2007, Amber worked at Intermedix as a Coding Trainer until 2017. Lastly, they are currently employed at Medigold Mount Carmel Health as a Director of Risk Adjustment.
