Trisha Whetstone, JD, CHC, is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Associate Counsel at Mount Carmel Health System and MediGold since April 2018, and as Associate Counsel at Trinity Health since September 2020. Previously, Trisha held the position of Director of Legal Services at Licking Memorial Health Systems from July 2016 to March 2018, and served as Compliance Officer & Legal Counsel at InHealth Mutual from September 2013 to June 2016. Trisha's earlier experience includes working as a Health Policy Analyst at the Ohio Department of Insurance from January 2012 to September 2013, where responsibilities included implementing Affordable Care Act reforms and advising on health insurance regulations. Trisha began the legal career with internships and clerkships, including at the Supreme Court of Ohio and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. Trisha holds a Juris Doctor from Capital University Law School and a Master of Arts in English, Rhetoric & Composition from Texas A&M International University.
