Kristyn Ferguson has worked in the field of marketing since 2016. In 2016, they were a Marketing Intern at Fairen Del Boutique. In 2017, they were a Social Media & Marketing Intern at Jadience Herbal Formulas. In 2018, they worked at MediKeeper, Inc. as a Marketing Intern and at TrackerRMS as an Account Executive, Inbound Marketing Manager, and Junior Marketing Manager. In 2020, they returned to MediKeeper, Inc. as a Senior Customer Success Manager and Customer Success Manager.
Kristyn Ferguson attended San Diego State University from 2014 to 2018, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing. In Spring 2017, they studied abroad at Florence University of the Arts. Additionally, they have obtained two Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1 certifications from SuccessHACKER, one in August 2022 and the other in August 2023.
