Shasta Hypes is an experienced Human Resources professional with a robust background in various HR roles. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager and previously as Human Resources Generalist at MEDIKO since February 2018, Shasta Hypes has provided expertise in performance management, personnel issues, and HR compliance. At The Hilb Group from January 2017 to February 2018, Shasta Hypes contributed to the development of HR programs, administration of employee benefits, and implementation of an HRIS system. Prior experience includes Human Resource Generalist roles at ODS Security Solutions and administrative support at Augusta Health. Shasta Hypes holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication and Public Relations from Bridgewater College.
