Dane Fredericksen

Dane Fredericksen is an experienced pharmacy professional with a robust career spanning over a decade. Currently serving as the Owner of Forever Young Pharmacy since May 2023, Dane has also held the position of Pharmacist in Charge of Prior Authorization and Utilization Management Programs at MedImpact Healthcare Systems, Inc. since August 2021. Previous roles include Clinical Pharmacist at UnitedHealth Group and Staff Pharmacist at CVS Caremark Corporation, where responsibilities involved patient advocacy, medication compliance, and providing drug information. Dane began the pharmacy career as a Pharmacy Intern at Rite Aid Pharmacy and gained foundational experience in health care consulting and auditing. Education includes a Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from UC Irvine.
