Michelle Richards

Michelle "Miki" Richards has extensive experience in software quality assurance and business systems analysis, presently serving as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer III at MedImpact Healthcare Systems, Inc. since July 2012, where responsibilities include testing and error reporting for software applications. Prior to this role, Miki worked at AppleOne as an SQA Engineer III, focusing on quality assurance testing for a pharmacy claims processing platform. Miki's career at MedImpact began in 1995, progressing through various positions such as Business Systems Analyst II, Software Quality Assurance Engineer I, Customer Service Supervisor, and Customer Service Representative, which involved managing projects and teams while enhancing customer service processes. Miki attended Grossmont College from 1971 to 1972.
