Roy Thronson

Roy Thronson has extensive experience in the fields of UX design and web development. Roy worked as a Lead UX Designer at MedImpact Healthcare Systems, Inc. from August 2015 to the present. In this role, they implemented UX throughout the software development lifecycle, produced wireframes and prototypes, and conducted user research.

Prior to that, Roy worked at Intuit as a Senior UI Developer from January 2007 to July 2015. During their time at Intuit, they played a key role in scoping, designing, and developing Intuit's Accounting Professional marketing and support web experience. Roy also conducted constant iteration and A/B testing to improve the customer experience, collaborated with cross-functional teams, and assisted with project scope and road mapping.

Before joining Intuit, Roy worked as a Senior Web Developer at Cubic Corporation from September 2004 to July 2006.

Roy Thronson has a background in Marketing and Computer Science from San Diego State University. Furthermore, they have obtained additional certifications, including a Certificate in UX Design from UC San Diego Extension in June 2019, as well as certifications in Freelance UX: Managing Clients and Freelance UX: Managing Projects from LinkedIn in May 2019.
