Sanjay J.

Sanjay J. has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Sanjay currently serves as the Vice President Of Product and Technology at MedImpact Healthcare Systems, Inc., where they are responsible for overseeing various teams such as Engineering, Data/BI, DevOps, QA, Product and Project Management, and IT Ops. Prior to this role, they worked at Amazon as a Software Development Manager, leading a team in building Alexa gadgets. Sanjay also contributed to firmware and API development for Alexa intelligence.

From 2011 to 2017, Sanjay worked at Research Solutions, a business unit of ProQuest, as the Director of Technology. In this role, they focused on product development, technology operations, digital transformation, cloud adoption, and mentoring IT staff. Sanjay managed 10 products and teams across the US and Netherlands.

Before Research Solutions, Sanjay served as the Vice President of Technology at Blindsgalore.com, where they led the expansion and optimization of IT systems and infrastructure. Sanjay also held the position of Director of Web Development, where they upgraded the IT infrastructure and implemented automated data exchange and reporting frameworks. Prior to Blindsgalore.com, they were the Senior Software Engineering Manager at Homesublime, where they redefined the technology vision and improved efficiency by aligning technology investments with business goals.

At Verizon, Sanjay worked as a Tech Lead, leading the transformation of the company's residential support portals and managing geographically dispersed teams. Sanjay also spent time at FASPAC Systems, Inc. and Golden Gate Technology/iCelerate, where they held project lead and project leader positions, respectively.

Throughout their career, Sanjay has demonstrated expertise in technology leadership, strategic planning, team management, and driving successful digital transformations.

Sanjay J. attended MIT xPRO in 2023, where they studied Quantum Computing Fundamentals. In 2022, Sanjay attended MIT Professional Education, focusing on Blockchain: Disruptive Technology. They also completed a Language Course in Chinese for Communication I at UC San Diego Extended Studies in 2012.

Sanjay holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Science from San Diego State University. They also obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix.

Additionally, Sanjay has earned certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance in September 2010 and Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in May 2010.
