Tara Benson

Tara Benson, PharmD, has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical field, currently serving as Principal Pharmacist and Pharmacy Director at MedImpact Healthcare Systems, Inc. since January 2009. In addition to this role, Tara has held positions such as Clinical Program Manager and Drug Information Pharmacist within the same company. Prior experience includes serving as Pharmacy Manager and Pharmacist at Pharmaca Integrative Pharmacy from March 2004 to September 2008, and as an Intern Pharmacist at Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital and Trauma Center, as well as at LifeCare Solutions. Tara holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of California, San Francisco, obtained between 2000 and 2004, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychobiology from UCLA, completed in 2000.
