Antonio Bica

Antonio Bica is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors. Currently, Antonio serves as a Member of the Management Board and Chief Operating Officer at Grupo Medinfar since March 2015, in addition to being a Scientific Advisory Board Member at iBET since 2016. As a Member of the EFPIA's Priority Working Group on Innovative Medicines Strategy, Antonio contributes to significant industry initiatives. Previous roles include Membership on various boards at VectorB2B and GenoMed, as well as an extensive tenure at ANF where responsibilities included Qualified Person and Bioequivalence Studies Supervisor. Antonio has also held academic positions, including Invited Professor, and served in leadership capacities within professional organizations. Educational qualifications encompass a Doctor of Pharmacy from the Faculty of Pharmacy of the University of Lisbon, a Master in Management from ISEG, and executive training from AESE Business School.
