Roy Keidar has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Roy is currently a Partner at Arnon, Tadmor-Levy, a position they have held since January 2023. Prior to this, they served as a Special Counsel at the same company from May 2016 to January 2023.

In addition to their legal career, Keidar is also a University Lecturer at Reichman University (IDC Herzliya), starting from March 2017. Roy is a Co-Founder and board member at Medint Ltd., a company they helped establish in April 2016.

From 2012 to 2015, they served as the CEO and Founder of XLN - Aynthing is possible, Any one can., a network of communal technological spaces focused on self-manufacturing.

Before that, Keidar was the CEO of Reut Mountain Movers ltd. from October 2013 to June 2015. Roy also held the CEO position from December 2010 to December 2013 and helped provide strategic decision-support to Israeli leaders and decision-makers in areas such as national security, social and economic development, and relations between Israel and the Jewish diaspora.

At the start of their career, Keidar was the Head of the Legal Department at the National Security Council, Prime Minister's Office from February 2004 to December 2010.

Roy Keidar attended The Hebrew University of Jerusalem from 1993 to 1997, where they earned a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree in Law. In 1999, they furthered their education at the same university and obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in Law, which they completed in 2000. Later, in 2007 to 2008, Keidar attended the Harvard Kennedy School where they pursued a Master in Public Administration (MPA) with a specialization in public administration.
