Joe Radich has over 27 years of experience in the fire service, currently serving as a Captain at Mt. Pleasant Fire Department since August 1996. Prior to this role, Joe held the position of Lieutenant for seven years, overseeing a mixed engine/truck company. Joe's international experience includes working as a Crew Chief for KBR Fire in Iraq from November 2011 to June 2012, where responsibilities included conducting fire inspections, filing inspection reports, maintaining the inspection database, and scheduling future inspections. Joe also served as a Lieutenant at Sallyport Global from October 2010 to November 2011. Educational background includes attendance at Tappan Zee High School in Orangeburg, NY, and completion of military technical training schools.

Jim has been involved with the Defense Department and Defense Industry for over 40 years. This relationship started with his service in the US Navy. Then following College at California Polytechnic University, Jim put his Electronic Engineering Degree to work at the Naval Weapons Surface Laboratory, Dahlgren VA. After several tours with the Naval Intelligence Command, Jim spent the next 25 plus years working in industry associated with the defense department. The first job was with HRB Singer (now part of Raytheon) in Pennsylvania: then work with ITT Aerospace Communication Div in Indiana; moving to Raytheon and General Dynamics in Indiana. Most recently Jim has facilitated the creation of a NorthEast Indiana Defense Cluster.
