Andrea Ventura has over two decades of experience in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as the Group Head of HR Operations, Governance, and Reward at Mediobanca since February 2000. In this role, responsibilities include structuring and managing group remuneration policies, budget preparation for personnel, and monitoring labor costs. Previously, Andrea held the position of Head of Organisational Development and Compensation at Mediobanca, focusing on the design and implementation of compensation policies and producing official documentation for governance bodies. Prior experience includes working as a Change Management Consultant at Andersen Consulting, where contributions were made to projects such as the implementation of a new IT system for BANCO DI NAPOLI. Academic qualifications include a degree from Università Ca' Foscari Venezia and a specialization in Communication and Media from Università degli Studi di Firenze.
