Annalisa Rotunno

Annalisa Rotunno has an extensive work experience in the finance industry. Annalisa is currently serving as the Vice Chairman of the Board at Mediobanca Securities USA LLC since July 2022. Previously, they held various roles at Mediobanca, including Managing Director in M&A and Corporate Development, Executive Director in Alternative Asset Management, Vice President in M&A and Principal Investing, and Associate in M&A advisory. Annalisa also served as a Board member at CAIRN CAPITAL GROUP LIMITED from 2017 to 2019. Prior to joining Mediobanca, they worked as an M&A Analyst at BNP Paribas in 2007.

Annalisa Rotunno completed their education with a BA in Economics from Università Bocconi in 2005. Annalisa then pursued a Master of Science degree in Finance Major from the same university, which they completed in 2007. In 2008, they attended HEC Paris for the Grande Ecole Program with a focus on Finance. In 2005-2006, they participated in the Erasmus Exchange Program at Maastricht School of Management, specializing in Economics and Finance. Continuing their educational journey, they obtained a Certificate in Real Estate Investment from New York University in 2020. Finally, in 2019, they enrolled in the MBA - Sloan Fellows Program at the MIT Sloan School of Management.
