Frank Goasguen has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Frank is currently the Global Head of Mediobanca Alternative Asset Management, leading the establishment and growth of the company's presence in asset management. Prior to this, they held positions as a Non-Executive Director at Polus Capital Management, RAM Active Investments, and Cairn Capital.
Before their role at Mediobanca, Goasguen was a Partner and Chief Operating Officer at TT International, where they managed the firm's business operations and infrastructure. Frank also served as the Global Head of Business Development and Head of North America at ABN AMRO Asset Management, overseeing sales and restructuring initiatives. Additionally, they held various leadership positions at BNP Paribas and BNP Paribas Asset Management, including Global Head of Institutional Business Development and CEO of the U.K.
Throughout their career, Goasguen has been involved in areas such as investment management, business development, sales, client service, and cultural transformation. Frank brings extensive experience in the financial industry, particularly in asset management, to their current role at Mediobanca.
Frank Goasguen attended Lycée François 1er – Le Havre and obtained a Scientific Baccalauréat with honors in an unspecified year. Frank then went on to Université Paris Dauphine - PSL, where they completed a DEUG Gestion & Economie Appliquée, an undergraduate degree in Business Administration and Economics, by 1984. Frank continued their education at the same university and earned a dual graduate degree in Computer Science and Business Administration, specifically a Maîtrise d’Informatique Appliquée à la Gestion des Entreprises (MIAGE) by 1986.
