Matt Schuette has been working in software development since 2001. Matt began their career as a Software Test Engineer Intern at Microsoft, followed by a Software Engineer role at NuParadigm. In 2002, they worked as a Software Engineer at Centrics Technology, where they converted a server-side application from C++ to C# and created a VB.NET back office management tool. Matt then worked as an Application Developer at Habanero, where they developed websites using ASP.NET and C#. In 2005, they moved to Centrics LLC as a Sr. Software Engineer. In 2008, they worked as a Programmer at Sendouts. In 2009, they worked as a Web Developer at Woot, Inc. (acquired by Amazon). From 2010 to 2017, they worked as a Software Development Engineer at Amazon/Woot Services LLC, where they were part of the team developing new features and maintaining Woot's retail front-end. Matt has led a small team on longer projects, been a liaison between Design and Development, and was an interim Software Development Manager. Currently, they are working as a Software Developer at Mercatalyst.

Matt Schuette attended Missouri University of Science and Technology from 1997 to 2001, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.
