Shaun Horstmann

Shaun Horstmann has a diverse work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Shaun is currently employed at Medipost as the Head of Procurement, a role they started in May 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Production Input Manager at Medipost since July 2020. Shaun also worked as a Pharmacist at Medipost and AlphaScript from January 2020 to December 2019, and January 2018 to December 2019, respectively. Before joining AlphaScript, they were a QA/Production Pharmacist at V-Tech Pharmaceutical from September 2015 to January 2018. Shaun also served as the GEMS and Retail Pharmacy Manager at Medipost from September 2012 to August 2015. Additionally, they held various roles as a Pharmacy Manager at Clicks Group from January 2011 to August 2012. Earlier in their career, Shaun worked as a Responsible Pharmacist at the Department of Correctional Services from August 2009 to December 2010.

Shaun Horstmann attended North-West University / Noordwes-Universiteit from 2003 to 2007, where they obtained a B.Pharm degree in Pharmacy. In 2009, they enrolled at the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika for a Post Graduate in Marketing Management, which they completed in 2010.
