Kirsi Grön

Kirsi Grön has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles. Kirsi began their career at Olympus Finland Oy in 2002, where they served as the Business Unit Manager for Life Science, responsible for overall business management and strategic planning. In 2009, they joined Beckman Coulter as the Business Unit Manager for Finland, focusing on business transition and implementing new operating procedures. Kirsi then became a Partner at Track & Monitor Oy, involved in strategic planning, contract management, and product strategies. Kirsi later worked as the Division Director at Scanbur AB, managing the research model business in Nordic countries. In 2012, Kirsi became the Managing Director at Ordior Oy, overseeing growth strategy, business structure efficiency, and financial targets. Currently, they are the Sales Director for Hospital Solutions at Mediq Suomi Oy, responsible for managing the business in Finland and serving on management teams at both Mediq Suomi and Mediq Nordic Hospital Solutions. Kirsi previously held the position of Sales Director for Public Healthcare at Mediq Suomi as well.

Kirsi Grön's education history includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Genetics from the University of Helsinki, which they obtained from 1994 to 1999. Later, from 1998 to 2002, they pursued a PhL (Philosophy Licentiate) degree in Molecular Biology at the same university.
