Jeroen de Lange has a well-rounded work experience, spanning various roles and industries. Jeroen began their professional career as a Lecturer at Hogeschool Rotterdam, Department of Financial Management in 2005. In 2008, Jeroen worked as a Research Analyst at Imperial College London Consultants, Railway and Transport Strategy Centre. Later that year, they joined RSM Erasmus University, Department of Management of Technology and Innovation as a Student Assistant, where they remained until 2008.

In 2008, Jeroen embarked on a career in logistics and supply chain management. Jeroen joined Samskip Multimodal Container Logistics, where they started as a Logistics Trainee - Inside Sales Coordinator. Jeroen then worked their way up and held positions including Logistics Trainee - Interim Inside Sales Supervisor, Logistics Trainee - Sales Representative, Account Manager, Key Account Manager, and finally, Key Client Manager. Jeroen worked at Samskip Multimodal Container Logistics from 2008 to 2014.

In 2015, Jeroen joined Mediq as a Group Manager Supply Chain. Jeroen excelled in this role and was promoted to the position of Supply Chain Director Benelux in January 2020, which they currently hold.

Jeroen's work experience demonstrates their expertise in supply chain management, logistics, and sales.

Jeroen de Lange completed their education with a MScBA degree in Business Administration (Double Master Degree: Accounting & Control and Supply Chain Management) from the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University. Jeroen also participated in a study exchange program at the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH), focusing on Business Administration and Economics. In 2019, they earned a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (ICBB) certification from Bureau Tromp.
