Michiel Overeem

Michiel Overeem is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in process management and business consultancy. Currently serving as Process Excellence Manager at Mediq since March 2022, Michiel previously held the role of Process Architect at Stars and Stories® from September 2020 to February 2022, contributing to the agency's innovative approach to online reviews. Prior roles include Process Consultant for Philips, where Michiel was involved in the development of the Philips Process Framework, and several positions at Ordina, ranging from Business Consultant to Business Process Consultant across various organizations such as NOC*NSF, KPN, Stichting Bibliotheek.nl, Bel-me-niet Register, ProRail, and ABN AMRO.
