Shanthy Thurailingam is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operational leadership and customer success. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at MediRecords since July 2025, Shanthy has previously held significant roles at Deputy, where the positions included VP of Customer Success, General Manager APAC, and Director of APAC. Earlier career achievements include serving as Director of Operations at Deloitte and a series of managerial positions at Commonwealth Bank, culminating in the role of Executive Manager Enterprise UX. Shanthy holds a Bachelor of Applied Finance from Macquarie University.
