Panagiota Kordali's work experience begins in 2008 as a Postgraduate Clinical Internship in the Surgical Department at the General State Hospital in Heinsberg, Germany. From there, they worked as a Research Fellow at the Laboratory of Experimental Ophthalmology until 2010. Following that, they served as a Resident Doctor in the Ophthalmological and Surgical Department at the General Hospital Agios Nikolaos in Crete from 2010 to 2011. Panagiota then pursued a Fellowship in Ophthalmology at the OEBE Ophthalmological Society of North Greece from 2011 to 2012.

In 2012, they transitioned into the field of medical education, working as an Academic Advisor and Medical Author at 3D Organon. In 2015, they assumed the position of COO and Managing Director, overseeing the global operations of 3D Organon until the present. In 2018, Panagiota became the Managing Director of SKYLECT, a virtual communication and learning platform that facilitates experiential learning and community engagement. Concurrently, since 2013, they have also worked as a Clinical and Digital Anatomist at Bond University.

Panagiota Kordali's education history includes obtaining a Master's degree in Anatomical Sciences Education from the University of Florida College of Medicine. Prior to that, they earned a Medical Degree (M.D.) in Medicine from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH).

In addition to their educational qualifications, Panagiota has obtained various certifications. In June 2019, they completed an evaluation with the World Education Services, and in October 2012, they obtained Medical Qualification Status from the International Credentials Service for Medical Qualifications. Panagiota also received certification from the Australian Medical Council in September 2012.

Furthermore, Panagiota holds a General Medical Registration from the Greek Medical Board, EU, which they obtained in April 2008. Additionally, they possess a Blue Card for Child Related Employment issued by the Commission for children and young people and child guardian, Queensland Government, Australia, which they obtained in April 2014.
