Alexandra Baars has worked in a variety of roles since 1991. Alexandra began their career at Holland International Inc as a Medewerkster Zakenreizen / Allround reisadviseuse in 1991. In 1999, they moved to Renta Casa Island World as a Hostess Corsica, where they were responsible for greeting and guiding guests, as well as selling excursions and car rentals. In 2004, they took a role as a Receptionist at Oilily, where they managed the telephone switchboard, welcomed international visitors, managed agendas, and handled post. From 2010-2015, they worked at ROC Horizon College as a Secretaresse, where they were in charge of agenda management for the training managers, providing administrative and procedural support for decisions, and managing document portals. Finally, from 2015-present, they have been working at Medis Medical Imaging as an Office Manager and Event Marketing Support and Marketing Events Support & Travel agency & Office Manager.

Alexandra Baars completed their secondary education at Mavo De Leeuwenhorst in 1985 and Havo Rhijnwijck in 1987. In 1990, they obtained a certification in Secretaresse from Schoevers Professionals. From 1989 to 1990, they attended Schoevers for Directiesecretaresse. Alexandra also obtained numerous certifications from Holland International Inc, Galileo, Onderwijscentrum Toerisme & Reizen, and VL Visionary Labs GmbH between 1993 and 2018. In 2009, they attended ROC Horizon College for Directiesecretaresse and obtained certifications in Word, Excel, and Windows XP in 2010.
