Arun Shankar

Arun Shankar has five years of work experience in the medical field. From 2017 to present, they have been working as a Software Engineer and Junior Software Engineer at Medis medical imaging systems bv, a leading provider of post-processing software for the quantification of cardiovascular images. From 2016 to 2017, they worked as an Image Processing Engineer at Leiden University Medical Center, a modern university medical center for research, education and patient care. In 2013, they were a Technical Event Manager at TechTatva 2013, Manipal Institute of Technology, Manipal. From 2012 to 2013, they were a Biomedical Engineer at Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital, a 750-bed hospital with over 103 full-time doctors, 520 nurses and about 200 paramedics. In 2011, they were a Team Member at the Biomedical Engineering Society of India (BMESI).

Arun Shankar has a long educational history. Arun completed their 10th and 12th grade studies at Rajhans Vidyalaya, following the CBSE Board Science Stream, between 1998 and 2010. Arun then went on to obtain a Bachelor's Degree in Medical Imaging and Programming from Manipal Institute of Technology between 2010 and 2014. Finally, they earned a Master's Degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from Delft University of Technology between 2014 and 2016.
