Lilianne de Vlieger-van Stijn

Lilianne de Vlieger-van Stijn has been working in the Human Resources field since 2014. Lilianne began their career as an Advisor at the Sector Institute for Transport and Logistics, where they were responsible for maintaining contact with students, schools, businesses, and working closely with the external advisor. Lilianne was also responsible for absenteeism of sick students and providing guidance to students throughout their training. In 2015, Lilianne worked as an Account Manager at StudiJob Uitzendbureau and an HR Advisor a.i. at Kverneland Group, where they were responsible for recruitment and selection, placing vacancies on the website, vacancy bank, and social media. Lilianne also made initial selections of applicants and processed applications. In 2016, they worked as an HR Functionaris a.i. at Sophia Stichting and a Recruiter at KLM at Randstad. In 2018, they worked as an HR-medewerker at Fleurtiek and in 2019, they worked as an HR Admin & projects at Moog Industrial. In 2020, they worked as an HR adviseur a.i. at RDOG HM and currently works as an HR-medewerker at Medis Medical Imaging.

Lilianne de Vlieger-van Stijn began their educational journey in 2000, when they attended the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences to pursue a lerarenopleiding in Geschiedenis. In 2002, they obtained an MBO from VOB for a Praktijkdiploma Boekhandel. In 2004, they completed a Middle Management course from ISBW. In 2007, they completed an opleiding intercedent from Artra. In 2014, they obtained a Diploma Basiskennis Loonadministratie from NTI and an MBO for Medewerker Personeelszaken. Finally, in 2017-2018, they completed an HBO programma in Human Resource Management from HBO.
