Michelle Gould

Michelle Gould has over 25 years of experience in Human Resources. Michelle started their career as a Human Resources Assistant at Schreiner Aviation Group in 1996. In 2000, they moved to Nalco Europe, where they held the roles of Director Human Resources Asia Pacific and Manager Human Resources Benelux and Nordic. In 2013, they relocated back from Asia Pacific and joined Ecolab as VP Human Resources. In this role, they were a Business Partner to all functions, including Supply Chain, Finance, R&D, IT, BSN, Procurement, RESS, and Communications. In June 2015, they assumed the role of VP HR Market lead for West (Belgium, France and The Netherlands). Michelle is currently the Human Resources Director at Medis Medical Imaging, a position they have held since 2021.

Michelle Gould began their educational journey in 1983 at Umtata High School. Michelle then attended Rembrandt SG from 1988 to 1993, where they obtained their VWO. In 2000, they earned their Bachelors in Human Resources from De Haagse Hogeschool / The Hague University of Applied Sciences. Most recently, in November 2021, they obtained their Energy Leadership™ Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP) certification from iPEC Coaching.
