Talya Rapp

Talya Rapp has a diverse work experience, starting in 2011 as a Youth Coordinator for AUY movement - האיחוד החקלאי. In 2016, they became a Learning & Development Specialist at Ethos and a Courseware Development Consultant at the Israeli Ministry of Education משרד החינוך. From 2018 to 2020, they worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at Tel Aviv University, where they conducted research on users engagement and the role of social cues and trust in users' private information disclosure. Talya also managed UI-UX decisions and implemented new features that affected participants’ perceptions. In 2020, Talya Rapp joined Medisafe® as a Product Manager, Behavioral Insights, Product Operations Manager, and Behavioral Insights & Product Intern.

Talya Rapp has a comprehensive educational history. Talya earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology and the Multidisciplinary Program in Humanities from Tel Aviv University between 2014 and 2018. Talya then obtained a Diploma in User Experience Design (UX) from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology in 2019. Talya is currently pursuing a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Social Psychology at Tel Aviv University, which they are expected to complete in 2022.
