Hsiao-Chiao J.

Hsiao-Chiao J. has an extensive work experience in the design industry. Hsiao-Chiao started their career as an Art Production Assistant at WOW Production Ltd in 2006, where they organized and managed resources for projects and created designs and video editing for pre-production. In 2008, they joined Ever Bridge International co., Ltd as a Visual Designer, handling website and packaging design and planning and publishing promotional materials. Hsiao-Chiao then worked as a Freelance Graphic Designer, setting up their own design studio, Command Z Design Studio, in 2011. Hsiao-Chiao provided branding and website design services to clients until 2019. From 2013 to 2019, they also worked at Command Z Design LTD as a Senior Designer, offering professional design services to clients. In 2019, they joined Intouch Games Ltd as a Senior Designer and later became the Lead Designer from 2020 to 2022. In 2022, they joined Muzz (formerly muzmatch) as a Product Designer until 2023. Hsiao-Chiao is currently working as a Product Designer (UI designer) at MediShout.

Hsiao-Chiao J. earned a Master's degree in Visual Communication from Birmingham City University from 2010 to 2011. Prior to that, they received a bachelor's degree in the Department of Applied Arts, majoring in Computer Animation, from Fu Jen Catholic University between 2002 and 2006. In addition to their formal education, Hsiao-Chiao J. has obtained several certifications: "Customer Experience: Creating Customer Personas" from LinkedIn in March 2023, "Using Style Guides to Bridge Design and Development" from LinkedIn in March 2023, and "Serving Clients with Your Design Vision" from LinkedIn in February 2023.
