Matt Baillargeon

Matt Baillargeon has extensive work experience in the field of solutions engineering. Matt started their career at HiSoftware Inc. in 2006, where they worked as a Customer Solutions Engineer, handling various responsibilities such as sales engineering, technical training, project management, and web accessibility.

In 2009, Matt joined SSB BART Group as an Accessibility Consultant before taking on roles as an Account Manager/Support Engineer, Application Solutions Engineer, and Product Manager. Matt eventually became the Director of Solutions Engineering at SSB BART Group.

In 2017, Matt moved to Level Access as the Director of Solutions Engineering, a position they held until 2018.

Since 2019, Matt has been working at MediSpend. Matt initially joined as the Manager of Solutions Engineering before being promoted to their current role as the Director of Solutions Engineering in January 2021.

Matt Baillargeon earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Information Technology from Plymouth State University, where they studied from 2002 to 2006. In addition, they have obtained certifications such as "Successfully Managing People" from the American Management Association in 2016, "Certified Scrum Product Owner" from the Scrum Alliance in 2015, and "Certified Scrum Master CSM" from the Scrum Alliance in 2014.
