Lucy Blundell

Lucy Blundell has a strong background in human resources, with their most recent role being HR Director at MEDiSTRAVA. Lucy started in September 2019 as an HR Business Partner and then moved up to Associate HR Director before becoming HR Director in October 2022. Prior to their time at MEDiSTRAVA, Lucy worked as a Talent Manager at Langland from May 2017 to September 2019. Lucy also held various HR roles at AxiCom from March 2015 to December 2016 and at Cohn & Wolfe from January 2010 to March 2015. Lucy began their career as a PA and Team Coordinator at MS&L Worldwide from January 2008 to December 2009.

Lucy Blundell has a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Human Resources Management from the University of East London, which they obtained from 2014 to 2016. Lucy also holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree in Law from the same university, obtained from 2008 to 2012. Additionally, they have obtained certifications as a Mental Health First Aider from Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England in 2019 and as a CIPD Level 7 Advanced Qualifications from CIPD in 2016.
