Matt McGinley has extensive work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment roles. Matt is currently the Global Talent Acquisition Lead at MEDiSTRAVA, where they focus on recruiting in various fields across Europe, North America, and Africa. Prior to this, they worked at MMS Holdings Inc. as a Global HR and Recruitment Specialist from 2017 to 2019. Matt also served as a Talent Manager at inVentiv Health from 2015 to 2017. Matt's career in recruitment started at NonStop Pharma Recruitment, where they worked as a Manager from 2006 to 2015.
Matt McGinley completed their Bachelor of Arts with Honours in English from the University of Hull from 2002 to 2005. Matt then pursued a Master of Arts in English from the University of Nottingham from 2005 to 2006.
