Patricia Tremblay is an experienced professional in the healthcare and customer service sectors, currently serving as a Patient Accounts Representative at MediSync since April 2013, managing accounts for private physician practices in Greater Cincinnati and Dayton. Previously, Patricia held various managerial roles at Walmart, overseeing bakery operations and customer service standards, and gained experience at Family Video as a Manager in Training. Patricia's background includes significant responsibilities as Office Manager at Upper Valley Professional Corporation and as a HIPAA Coordinator at Upper Valley Medical Center, where compliance training and policy development were key functions. Additional roles at Miami Valley Hospital provided expertise in admissions and customer service representation. Patricia is pursuing an AAS in Business Management from Sinclair Community College.
