Vincent Kim currently serves as the Head of HR at 메디트 since December 2024. Prior to this role, Vincent held the position of Head of HR at 그린랩스 Greenlabs from October 2022 to November 2024 and worked at Coupang as an HRBP from December 2020 to October 2022, where responsibilities included HRBP for the Tech & Biz organization and successfully leading a global operation capacity expansion project in Yanji, China. Vincent's earlier experience includes a tenure at AB InBev from May 2011 to December 2020 as an HR Planning Senior Manager and HRBP, overseeing HR planning for the Supply & Logistics function and leading various HR initiatives. Vincent started the career as a Finance Intern at AhnLab, Inc. and holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from 고려대학교.
