Isabelle Tierney

Isabelle Tierney has over a decade of experience in the fields of venture management and editorial processes. Currently serving as an Account Executive at MediTech Media since June 2013, Isabelle is responsible for managing ventures, liaising with external stakeholders, and ensuring high-quality deliverables through rigorous quality control. Prior experience includes working as an In-House Editor at BioMed Central from June 2010 to May 2013, where responsibilities encompassed managing the peer-review process and recruiting editors across Biology and Medicine. Isabelle began their career as an intern, supporting recruitment and peer-review activities within the BMC series of journals. Isabelle holds a Master's degree in Science Communication from The Australian National University and a Bachelor of Science in Genetics from the University of Adelaide.
