Shivani S. Singh

Shivani S. Singh is an experienced medical writer currently serving as a Senior Medical Writer at Meditech Media since January 2021, with prior roles as a Medical Writer and Associate Medical Writer. Shivani also completed a secondment with ApotheCom, an Inizio Company, from August 2023 to December 2023, focusing on an Oncology account. Prior to Meditech Media, Shivani held the position of Medical Communications Trainee at Nucleus Global and worked as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at MRC London Institute of Medical Sciences and the University of Birmingham, where research involved the toxicity of AT-rich DNA on Gram-negative bacteria. Research assistant positions at the University of Warwick and the University of Aberdeen were focused on pathogenicity regulation in E. coli O157 and mechanosensitive channels, respectively. Shivani holds a Ph.D. in Biochemistry from the University of Birmingham and a Master’s in Medical Molecular Microbiology from the University of Aberdeen.
