Jason Labbe has a diverse work experience spanning over 17 years. Jason started their career at Sound Vision Inc/Armchair Electronics as a Junior Quality Assurance Technician from January 2003 to June 2003, followed by a role as a Customer Service Representative from June 2003 to December 2003.
In 2004, Jason joined MEDITECH and worked as an Application Specialist, implementing MEDITECH software at 20 US hospitals and 2 Canadian hospitals. Jason conducted multiple training sessions and resolved customer issues during their time in this role, which lasted until May 2007.
After that, Jason held various positions at MEDITECH, including Programmer/Analyst from May 2007 to February 2010, where they troubleshooted and resolved customer issues through code and data analysis. Jason then worked as a Senior Programmer/Analyst from February 2010 to March 2011, actively participating in emergency meetings and collaborating with Development counterparts to improve coding solutions.
From March 2011 to January 2014, Jason was promoted to a Programming Supervisor/Manager, supervising 2 application groups with 11 direct reports. Jason developed new training models and aligned department goals with enterprise goals. Following this, they served as a Senior Programming Supervisor/Manager from January 2014 to March 2019. Jason managed projects, provided customer support, and collaborated with upper management and technical groups to achieve shared goals.
Lastly, Jason held the role of a Senior Programmer from March 2019 to August 2020 and is currently working as a Lead Programmer since August 2020. In their current role, they are involved in full-stack development, leading technical discussions on internal data architecture, leading automation efforts, and new product design.
