Hazem Rahmy has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries and roles. Hazem started their career as an Assistant Operations Manager at Diners Club Services, where they handled settlement reconciliation and managed merchant payables. Hazem then worked as an Agent at INVESTMENT EGYPT, focusing on establishing a customer database and developing new strategies for trading in the commodity market.

Hazem's next role was at Al Watany Bank of Egypt as a Card Center Officer, where they conducted portfolio performance analysis and handled cardmember settlements. Hazem then joined The Egyptian Banking Institute as a Business Development Manager, responsible for developing marketing strategies, conducting market research, and analyzing financial aspects of product development.

In 2011, Hazem became the owner of Egyptian French Sugar, where they collected a database on sugar consumers and significantly increased sales volume. Hazem later joined Saudi egabi as a Business Development Manager and then Mediterraneo as a Trader & Business Development Head for the Saudi region. In this role, they executed company penetration objectives, managed physical trading business, and established loyalty programs for wholesalers.

Hazem Rahmy completed their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Accounting from Cairo University, where they attended from 1998 to 2002. Furthermore, they pursued additional education in Accounting at CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing from 2011 to 2012, obtaining a Bachelor of Commerce degree in CIM; Accounting.
