Sherif Samy

Sherif Samy is an experienced Training Manager with a strong background in the coffee industry, currently serving as Caffe Training Manager at Mediterraneo since June 2022. Previously, Sherif held the position of Training Manager at illycaffè from December 2021 to June 2022 and worked as a Training Manager at CTG Academy from January 2019 to June 2022. Sherif also owned and operated شريف سامى " كورس باريستا " from January 2017 to June 2022, offering barista courses and comprehensive café design and setup services. Additionally, Sherif served as Training Manager for Werefresh Egypt (S.A.E), the official distributor of Lavazza, from April 2013 to January 2019. Sherif holds a degree in Tourism and Hotels.
