Kimberly Jones has a diverse work experience that spans over a decade. Kimberly started their career as an Assistant to the Office Manager at The Agency Group, where they networked with promoters, managers, and band members. Kimberly then moved on to work as a Marketing/Promotions Manager at Granada Theater, implementing digital and traditional media strategies and developing relationships with affiliates and partners.
Later, Kimberly joined the AT&T Performing Arts Center as a Show Marketing Manager, where they developed and implemented marketing campaigns for various shows and events. Kimberly activated innovative ways of attracting people and prompting them to purchase tickets.
Kimberly then worked at Speakeasy Digital Marketing as an Account Director, utilizing relevant and unique content to create an online presence for clients and harvest sales through innovative promotions. Kimberly also served as a Content Marketing Director at Medium Giant (formerly Belo + Company), managing a team dedicated to client strategy and ensuring profitability for the company.
Prior to their current role, Kimberly was the Director of Content + Culture at Speak No Evil, where they implemented out-of-the-box thinking and creative strategies to ignite businesses and individuals. Kimberly also served as the Director of Operations and Marketing at Flea Style, supporting unique style and creative spirits through various ventures.
Currently, Kimberly holds the position of Marketing Director at Medium Giant, which serves as the growth engine for the company. Kimberly approaches their role with curiosity and aims to build strong, long-term relationships.
In their most recent work experience, Kimberly is the Marketing Director at The Dallas Morning News, where they focus on managing the strategy and execution of building the newspaper's brand within the target market, while also supporting the organization as a whole.
Kimberly Jones received their education in Communication at the University of Colorado Boulder from 2000 to 2005 without obtaining a degree. Later, they pursued an Interdisciplinary Studies degree with a focus on Communication & Education at Liberty University from 2009 to 2010.
