Fabien Dussaucy

Fabien Dussaucy serves as the Tribe Leader for Pilotage des Organisations at Alenia since March 2021, focusing on building and shaping the company's processes and structures. Key achievements include defining a new recruitment process, developing an operational model aligned with internal functions, creating competency matrices, establishing an internal training center, and promoting ecological engagement. Fabien also manages the CIO Office and Agile@Scale teams to support CIOs in optimizing organizational functions. Prior experience includes a Senior Consulting Associate role at PwC France, implementing Agile transformations in banking, a Junior Corporate Development Manager position at Xdin Inc, and IT project leadership roles at GE Healthcare. Fabien holds a Master’s Degree in Engineering of Automatic Systems from CentraleSupélec and a Master’s Degree in Management and Organization's Strategies from IGR-IAE Rennes.
