Marcia Harrell

Marcia Harrell currently serves as the Global Head of Talent Acquisition at Medius since December 2025. Prior to this role, Marcia held the position of Principal Global Talent Acquisition Business Partner at Coupa from October 2021 to December 2025. Between 2014 and August 2021, Marcia worked as a Senior Global Talent Acquisition Business Partner at ADP. Marcia also gained experience as a Senior Contract Sales Recruiter/Manager for ADP at Wilson HR, a WilsonHCG subsidiary, from October 2014 to May 2015. Earlier in Marcia's career, the role of Recruiting Director, Training & Development was undertaken at Wilson from January 2010 to October 2014, where responsibilities included serving as Recruiting Manager for Training & Development from January 2014 to October 2014. Marcia holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications with a focus on Public Relations, Marketing, and Journalism from the University of North Alabama.
