Courtney Schneider is currently the Head of People Development at PagerDuty. With a background in various senior HR roles at companies like Accolade, Inc., Endo Pharmaceuticals, and Lincoln Financial Group, Courtney has extensive experience in talent management, employee experience, and training initiatives. Courtney is also a graduate of the Leadership Preparation Program at Lincoln Financial Group, holding a Master of Science in Organizational Dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania.
