Rich Revill

Vice President, Customer Success North America at Medius

Rich Revill has extensive work experience in various roles related to sales, technical services, and leadership positions. Rich started their career in 1986 as a UNIX Developer/Sales Consultant at Stewart Computer Systems Ltd. Rich then worked as a Technical Services Manager at Sphinx Level V, where they managed a technical support and professional services team. In 1994, they co-founded Esker UK Ltd and served as its Technical Director, successfully establishing and servicing a partner channel. Revill later joined Esker Inc as the Head of International Technical Services, where they relocated to Lyon, France, and established the ITS Group. Rich also served as the Director of Technical Services at Esker Inc, responsible for all customer-facing technical services. In 2003, Revill became the VP of Technical Services at EASY SOFTWARE INC. Rich later became the President of EASY SOFTWARE INC, where they provided leadership and business rejuvenation. Revill then worked at Esker as a Senior Sales Engineer and a Business Development Manager. Rich joined Portico Systems as a Technical Sales Engineer, specializing in provider operations. Revill then worked as a Senior Product Consultant at McKesson Health Solutions before joining Taulia Inc as a Senior Director of Solution Consulting. Currently, they are the Vice President of Customer Success North America at Medius. In this role, they collaborate with colleagues in Product Management, Marketing, and R&D to bring cloud-based source-to-pay solutions to the market.

From 1984 to 1986, Rich Revill attended Trent Polytechnic in Nottingham, where they studied Computer Studies.
