Regional Vice President, North America Customer Success at ON24

Nicole Prairie has extensive work experience in the customer success field. Nicole started their career at Nielsen Media Research as a Production Associate from August 2010 to September 2011. Nicole then moved to Astute Solutions, where they held the position of Solutions Engineer and Customer Success Manager from September 2011 to September 2014. In this role, Nicole was responsible for designing solutions, providing support to sales teams, and managing customer accounts related to social media software.

Following their time at Astute Solutions, Nicole joined ON24 in September 2015 as a Customer Success Manager. In this role, they owned the relationship between ON24 and its enterprise clients, ensuring successful delivery of products and services. Nicole achieved significant recognition during this period, including the President's Club award in 2019 and being named "CSM Of The Year" in 2018. Nicole also built and led ON24's Customer Success Pilot Accounts Program.

Nicole's career at ON24 progressed as they took on roles such as Senior Customer Success Manager - Enterprise from March 2019 to July 2020 and Director of Customer Success - Enterprise from July 2020 to April 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Director, Strategic Enterprise Customer Success at ON24, where they manage a team of Senior Global Customer Success Managers responsible for the company's Tier 1 Enterprise customer base. Nicole'sresponsibilities include overseeing customer lifecycle processes, churn forecasting, and collaborating with sales leaders to expand the install base.

Nicole Prairie attended the University of Tampa from 2006 to 2010, where they completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications. In addition, they also enrolled in the University of Massachusetts Amherst from 2006 to 2007, pursuing a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing.
