Elham Salah

Elham Salah is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles across multiple sectors, including pharmaceuticals and healthcare. Currently serving as HR Manager at MEDIZEN PHARMACEUTICAL INDUSTRIES since January 2022, Elham previously held the position of HR Head for HJH Hospital at Andalusia Group for Medical Services, managing all HR functions remotely from Egypt. Other notable roles include Group HR & OD Manager at Hefny Pharma Group, HR Manager at Sigma Pharmaceutical Group, and various consultancy positions focusing on organizational restructuring and HR system implementation. Elham holds a Bachelor of Pharmacy from Cairo University and has completed several professional courses in strategic HR management, workforce planning, and people analytics, alongside ongoing advanced studies in business administration.
