Megan Andersen has a diverse work experience in scientific research and education. Megan started their career as a Research and Teaching Assistant at Coastal Marine Biolabs, where they facilitated marine fieldwork and taught students various lab techniques. Megan also worked with the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) as a Scientist aboard the 2012 NMFS Aleutian Islands Bottom Trawl Survey, collecting data and creating a reference DNA barcode library of Alaskan groundfish species.
