Michael Thayer

Michael Thayer has extensive work experience in the aerospace industry. Michael started their career at Boeing in 1989 as an Airplane Test Electrician and later worked as a Maintenance Analyst. In 2004, they were promoted to Lead Technical Analyst and in 2012, they became a Technical Project Manager and Product Owner, overseeing code and architecture changes for a web application serving military customers. Michael also served as a Product Manager for a specific aspect of the aircraft maintenance data delivery application. In 2022, they joined MedLab2020 as the National Operations Manager and was subsequently promoted to Chief Operating Officer.

Michael Thayer earned their Bachelor's Degree in Computer and Information Sciences, with a focus on General studies, from City University of Seattle. Michael attended the university from 1998 to 2002. Later, Michael pursued higher education at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University from 2018 to 2020. There, they obtained a Master of Business Administration in Aviation with a specialization in International Business. In addition to their formal education, Michael also completed a certification in Managing and Analyzing Data in Excel 2010 through Lynda.com in February 2018.
