Dean Crowe is the current Senior Managing Director Head of Investing at Medley Management. Prior to this, Dean was with Medley Capital LLC and before that, Contrarius Partners where they served as Portfolio Manager from December 2008 to March 2010. Dean's focus has been on credit strategies and they have also constructed and managed long/short and capital structure arbitrage portfolios. In their previous role at UBS O'Connor, Dean was the Head of Credit Strategies from January 2000 to December 2008. And prior to that, Dean worked at Merrill Lynch as a proprietary credit trader and portfolio manager from September 1991 to January 1999.
Dean Crowe received a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Accounting from James Madison University.
They work with Richard Allorto - Chief Financial Officer, Jeff Tonkel - President, and Michelle Soltys - Managing Director Head of Asset Management. Their manager is Seth Taube, Co-CEO.
