Nihara Jayamaha

Nihara Jayamaha is a skilled professional with extensive experience in operations and program management across various sectors. Currently serving as Revenue Operations Manager and Chief of Staff at Medley, Nihara contributes to the development of leadership programs for Fortune 500 companies. Previous roles include Operations Manager at Oceans and Operations Assistant at both Oceans and Jaldi, where valuable skills in management, customer service, and social media were honed. As the founder of Roll With It Bakery, Nihara demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit by establishing a small business during the COVID-19 pandemic.
