Donna Jones

Donna Jones is an accomplished HR leader with extensive experience in managing human resources across various sectors. At Medline Industries, LP, from January 2013 to August 2022, Donna served as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources, overseeing global HR functions for approximately 20,000 employees and collaborating closely with senior leadership across product divisions. Prior roles included Vice President of Human Resources and Director of Human Resources at Medline, as well as several senior manager positions at Baxter Healthcare, where responsibilities included managing HR for diverse teams and driving strategic initiatives. Earlier career experience includes HR roles at Neal, Gerber, and Eisenberg, Harris Associates, and DePaul University. Donna holds an MBA from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Management from DePaul University.
